I am trying something new. I found out that I have a gluten intolerance so I am going to try and cut it from my diet. I don’t think that it’s something that I can do overnight and be successful at so I am going to have 2 meals a day that are vegan and gluten free, and one that is simply vegetarian.
I feel like I am the only vegan person who doesn’t like non dairy alternatives.
The only thing I like soy milk in is my baking and coffee.
It’s going to be really interesting being a vegan with our new lunch system at school. I really hope I won’t have to bring my lunch everyday.
